Organoleptic characteristics
Appearance: Raspberry red color, middle layer, rim with signs of maturation, bright, crisp and clean.
Nose: Fresh red fruits such as currant, cherry, blueberry, strawberry, vanilla.
Mouth: Fresh red fruits such as currant, velvety tannins, long and fruity aftertaste, smoky flavors and fine spices such as marjoram and nutmeg.
Pairing: Smoked meats, pasta with meat and red fruit desserts.
