Organoleptic characteristics
View: Dark plum purple in color, with cherry red reflections.
Nose: Coconut, cinnamon, blackberry, black cherry, plum, cassis and vanilla.
Mouth: Young tannins, astringent, black cherry, cassis, blackberry, vegetables, herbaceous.
Pairing: Mole negro, huitlacoche, charcoal cuts of meat, mature comté-style cheeses. Desserts with
dark chocolate or creamy coffee.
Alcoholic grade: 13%
