Cold pre-fermentation maceration for 24 hours before pressing. Fermentation with its indigenous yeasts in stainless steel tanks
BREEDING
Aged in French oak barrels for 3 months. After this time, the rosé wine base was returned to stainless steel tanks and split sour oranges, sugar and the distillate were added.
Maceration for 2 months. Once the straining (separation of oranges and liquor) was finished, it was kept in stainless steel tanks for 4 months before being bottled.

The liquor, being stronger in alcoholic strength than the wine, provokes a sensation of warmth in the mouth and throat, which is balanced in a unique way with the bitterness of the orange and the sweetness of the original base of the wine.
Ideal as a digestif, it is a liquor very close to Cointreau in terms of aromas and flavor, it can be drunk dry as a digestif, or paired in cocktails.
