WINEMAKING
Manual harvests at dawn. Cold maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation with native yeasts. Manual pumping over 3 times a day. Post-fermentation maceration for 7 days.
BREEDING
Malolactic fermentation. Aged for 24 months in second-use French oak barrels. Clarification process by racking. Aging in the bottle for 24 months before its launch on the market.

View: Plum and violet tones with high intensity.
Nose: Blackberry, purple plum, fig, wet earth, rosemary, cocoa.

It is the grape that is most produced in the vineyard and our most balanced red wine. Well structured body and well balanced on the palate. It presents typical notes of a good Gran Reserva Tempranillo: fruity, blackberry, black plum and the famous fruits of the forest.
Ideal for grilled red meats, red enchiladas, cochinita pibil, duck with Guajillo sauce. Also ideal with chocolate mousse.
