Our Sauvignon comes from our 2006 vineyard and the Semillon from our 2018 vineyard. Both soils are volcanic clay-calcareous, at 1900 meters above sea level. Organic certified vineyard.

WINEMAKING
Manual harvests at dawn. Fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
BREEDING
Aged for 6 months in stainless steel on its fine lees. Clarification process by racking. Aging in the bottle for 4 months before its launch on the market.

View: Light yellow.
Nose: Mainly green apple fruit, green peppers and peach.
Mouth: Attack of citrus and white flowers.
