WINEMAKING
Manual harvests at dawn. Fermentation with native yeasts in stainless steel tanks.
BREEDING
Aged for 6 months in stainless steel on its fine lees. Clarification process by racking. Aging in the bottle for 4 months before its launch on the market.

View: Straw yellow with golden reflections.
Nose: Mainly citrus and exotic fruits, eureka lemon, pineapple, tangerine, white peach, magnolia flower, orange flower.
