Nose: Mainly citrus and exotic fruits, eureka lemon, pineapple,
mandarin, white peach, magnolia flower, orange blossom.
Mouth: Attack of caramelized citrus fruits, floral persistence.
Pairing: Ideal for fish and seafood, in carpaccio or
ceviche, pastas are creamy sauces, seafood pasta, mussels
"À la marinière", fresh oysters.
