WINEMAKING
Manual harvests at dawn. For this wine, a grape with a higher acidity was used, since it is harvested early, to achieve a good acidity in our base wine.
DISTINCTION
Made with the traditional Champenoise method which consists of carrying out a second fermentation in the bottle. Before starting, a mixture of sugar and yeast is added, which is called tirage liquor, with which the second fermentation is possible.
TASTING
View: Salmon pink with hints of copper. Nose: Charming aromas of strawberry and rose petals. Palate: In the mouth, the traditional method sparkling wine entertains and plays with the tongue, highlighting flavors of raspberry and pomegranate balanced with a bright acidity.
