ORGANOLEPTIC CHARACTERISTICS
View: Purple plum color, dark, with cherry red reflections.
Nose: Coconut, cinnamon, blackberry, black cherry, plum, cassis and vanilla.
Mouth: Young tannins, astringent, red fruits, black cherry, cassis and blackberry, vegetables, herbaceous. Earthy typicality.
Pairing: Mole negro, huitlacoche, charcoal cuts of meat, mature comté-style cheeses, desserts with dark chocolate or creamy coffee.
