40% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Grenache, 20% Aglianico.
Vineyard planted in 2006, volcanic clay-calcareous soil, at 1900 meters above sea level.
Organic certified vineyard.
WINEMAKING
Manual harvests at dawn. Cold maceration for 72 hours. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Manual pumping over 3 times a day. Post-fermentation maceration for 7 days.
BREEDING
12 months in first-use French oak barrels.
6 months in bottle for tuning.
6 months in bottle for tuning.
TASTING
View: Deep ruby color with violet reflections. Nose: Plum, blackberry, chocolate, currant. Mouth: Medium intensity, smooth on the palate and pleasant acidity.
