WINEMAKING
Manual harvests at dawn. Cold maceration for 24 hours. Fermentation with native yeasts. Manual pumping over 3 times a day. Post-fermentation maceration for 7 days.
BREEDING
Malolactic fermentation. Aged for 24 months in second-use French oak barrels. Clarification process by racking.

Our Aglianico wine is an unmissable sensation if you visit our vineyard. The spicy aftertaste that we perceive in the mouth is very characteristic of this varietal from southern Italy.
