Our history through time
THE TIMELINE
Our family comes to San Miguel de Allende.
The 420 hectare ranch (75 hectares today) at the base of Los Picachos is acquired.
A total of 55,000 fruit trees were planted, mostly peaches, apricots, almonds and an experimental field of apples and pears.
The last fruits of the fruit trees are harvested and the ranch is converted to production of vegetables and legumes.
The ranch begins to produce organic vegetables, such as broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, onion and garlic.
The ranch is converted exclusively to organic farming.
The first 3.5 hectare vineyard is planted in one of the few areas of the country where wine grapes are produced.
Grape production is expanded to 12 hectares.
The restoration of the main town and the construction of new production warehouses are completed.
