As one of the few wineries that produces 100% Estate Wines in the Mexican Altiplano, Dos Búhos has the highest level of control over the cultivation and vinification processes, allowing us to manage our wine from berry to bottle. Our best grapes are hand picked and harvested to produce wines with the best flavor, concentration and depth possible. In the winery we use traditional winemaking techniques that focus on texture, structure and complexity, while allowing the fruit to shine with minimal intervention.
